Since returning to his hometown, George Ellis has wanted to bridge the gap between what he calls, “two Greenwoods.”
Ellis, a Greenwood native who currently serves as president of the Greenwood School Board, said that after a stint in the Army, a visit home told him where he should be and what he should be doing.
