Though a disagreement over polling conduct ignited some debate during Tuesday’s Democratic primary elections in Ward 5, most polling places had little to report besides numbers.
Poll manager Regina Rasberry of Ward 5 said the issues there involved a poll watcher getting too close to voters attempting to cast ballots.
