An alumni leader of Mississippi Valley State University is accusing Higher Education Commissioner Hank Bounds of attempting to kill the school.
“Bounds is trying to destroy Valley, and that’s obvious to me and a lot of other people,” said Roosevelt Yarbrough, president of the MVSU National Alumni Association.
