One day last April, the blacktop of the basketball court on Avenue A in Baptist Town was covered with chalk drawings of playground dreams.
The sketches showed playgrounds with monkey bars, playgrounds with slides, and even a playground with a zipline that would hypothetically jump over the basketball hoops and end in the Yazoo River.
