A fire late Monday night completely destroyed this home on Valley Hill Road, said Carroll County Fire Coordinator Harold Scruggs Tuesday. The home, owned by Bobby Miller, is a total loss, Scruggs said. The first unit on the scene, around 10:30 p.m., was from the Valley Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
