Gov. Phil Bryant seems to be betting that a new form of gambling can solve Mississippi’s money problems.
During his State of the State address on Tuesday, Bryant said it might be time for Mississippi to create a lottery.
According to The Associated Press, “His proposal was met with only a smattering of applause.”
