JACKSON - A poll sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has ranked Mississippi's legal system as being the most hostile to business for the second consecutive year.
The states whose legal systems earned the highest praise from these attorneys were Delaware, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Indiana.
