As anticipated, the United Way of Leflore County reduced its allocations by $15,000 this year, a fallout mostly from job cuts at Greenwood Leflore Hospital.
The more than 10% reduction in allocations, though, was blunted as the $133,000 was spread around one less charitable agency.
