If the Greenwood Rotary Club was expecting Tuesday to hear Mississippi Supreme Court Justice James Maxwell talk about the high court’s controversial ruling that overturned voters’ approval of medical marijuana and ended, at least for now, the state’s initiative process, it was largely disappointed.
