One of Dr. Glenn Boyce’s top priorities when he became chancellor at the University of Mississippi two years ago was to reverse its recent enrollment decline.
From 2016 to 2020, the state’s flagship university had seen its student numbers dip by 10% at its main campus in Oxford and 11% overall.
