Hurricane Humberto's leftovers eased through north central Mississippi Thursday night, dropping enough rain on the area n including Greenwood and Leflore County n that the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for most of the state.
The warning, which stretched from Hattiesburg to Grenada, was lifted at 9 a.m. today.
