According to Leflore County supervisors, something stinks at the county's landfill, and it isn't the 988,770 tons of garbage sitting there.
Litigation is under way as the county is claiming Santek Environmental of Mississippi has breached - in more ways than one - a contract the county entered into with the company in May 1995.
