More than 800 people have registered to vote in Leflore County during the past six months, according to the Mississippi Secretary of State’s office.
“That’s probably about a third, to maybe double, more than what we usually see for a presidential race,” Leflore County Circuit Clerk Trey Evans said Wed-nesday afternoon.
