Another designation has been added to the “awareness” month list in Leflore County.
April, which is Mississippi Native Plant Month, Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Confederate Heritage Month, among other titles statewide, also will be called Donor’s Month in the county following a request to the Board of Supervisors on Monday.
