The Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School Board has stopped short of approving a school reconfiguration plan that, as drafted, would shutter two elementary schools in Greenwood, Davis and Threadgill Primary, as well as the district’s alternative school while repurposing Claudine Brown Elementary, which is in Rising Sun.
