A Leflore County Circuit Court judge has nullified Gov. Tate Reeves’ order to have a special election on April 16.
In the same order, filed Monday at the Circuit Clerk’s Office, Judge Margaret Carey-McCray enjoined the Leflore County Election Commission from holding the election on that date.
