Jerry Smith, Leflore County’s roads manager, was asked about the equipment being used to clear four derelict lots on a street off Grenada Boulevard.
“One backhoe. One . One excavator. One dozer,” he answered, and then he added that the county was using four 18-wheelers to haul away debris.
