JACKSON - A key House committee met early today and, for the second time in as many days, took no action on an economic development bond bill pushed by Gov. Haley Barbour.
"There really is no business at this time to transact," Ways and Means Committee Chairman Percy Watson, D-Hattiesburg, told lawmakers.
