A perjury trial has been postponed for a Winona man accused of trying to taint the jury pool during Curtis Flowers’ fifth murder trial last year.
James Bibbs, 66, was scheduled to be in court Tuesday in Yazoo City, but the judge and both parties agreed to delay it, Bibbs’ attorney, Rob McDuff, told the Clarion-Ledger.
