Enrollment at Mississippi Delta Community College is up 6.9 percent over the 2009 fall semester.
The number of students rose from 3,258 to 3,482.
Magdalene Abraham, vice president of instruction at MDCC, said she is proud of faculty who have been willing to take the influx of students, even if it doesn’t mean a pay increase.
