STARKVILLE — In what has been at times a bitter and personal political battle over the last several years, U.S. Sens. Thad Cochran of Mississippi and John McCain of Arizona have traded shots over legislation that would protect U.S. aquaculture trade interests from Chinese and Vietnamese competition.
