JACKSON - The U.S. Supreme Court pulled the ultimate Marie Antoinette act on Mississippi in the case of Scott County death row inmate Bobby Glen Wilcher.
First, they stopped Wilcher's execution to study his case. Then, without explanation, the court decided almost three months later that they didn't want to review the case after all.
