JACKSON - It's hard to fault state Rep. Jamie Franks for his early broadsides against Republican Gov. Haley Barbour. One can rest assured that if Franks is indeed the Democratic nominee for the lieutenant governor's post he is seeking, Barbour will come after him hammer and tong.
