JACKSON — Is House Speaker Billy McCoy so beholden to state Rep. Tyrone Ellis for his support of McCoy’s razor-thin leadership margin that he would allow that political obligation to blemish a career-long reputation as a public servant of unquestioned integrity?
Unfortunately, the answer to that question appears to be “yes.”
