PHILADELPHIA, Miss. - Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck said Wednesday she would fight any effort in the 2004 Legislature to raise taxes.
Tuck, speaking to a packed pavilion at the Neshoba County Fair, also said state agencies would have to be more accountable for how they are spending tax dollars.
