JACKSON - Not all of Mississippi's voting machines that are under scrutiny are necessarily broken, but according to a federal law, they'll still have to be fixed.
Under the Help America Vote Act, all voting machines must be handicapped accessible and a number of the state's voting machines don't fall into that category.
