JACKSON - Sen. Bennie Turner, who served eight years as Judiciary chairman, will refuse any offers to serve in the same capacity now that the committee has been split in two.
Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck, who suggested the change, said she hasn't made final decisions on committee leaders.
