JACKSON - Hoping to boost voter turnout Tuesday, Republican Gov. Haley Barbour has taped radio advertisements for incumbent Sen. Richard White and will campaign door-to-door for the candidate.
White, R-Terry, and Democrat Dewayne Thomas of Jackson are on the ballot Tuesday for a special election in District 29 in Hinds County.
