JACKSON - Gov. Haley Barbour says the Mississippi House should have the opportunity to vote on civil justice bills.
"In order to bring it to closure, and bring it to closure during the regular session, the Legislature has to express its will by voting," Barbour said Wednesday during a rally at the Capitol.
