JACKSON - As investigators search for the cause of a fatal fire at the University of Mississippi, some other fraternities on the Oxford campus are taking steps to prevent a similar tragedy.
"There's definitely changes that are going to come," said Stephen Morse, who lives at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house.
