NORTH CARROLLTON — APAC Mississippi is planning a $2 million investment at the sand and gravel pit area leased from Carroll County Schools, APAC employee Dwayne Boyd told Carroll County School Board members Thursday night.
“We look forward to being good neighbors,” Boyd said.
