CARROLLTON — Susie James arrived home last Monday evening to find her house had been entered and her two small kittens and a pet carrier missing, along with some outside dogs.
The next day she was served a warrant by Deputy Brad Carver, she said, allowing Doll Stanley from In Defense of Animals to come take the animals.
