CARROLLTON — Carroll County will continue to pay a prison consultant to help prepare for an October audit, as Irb Benjamin was rehired for one more year Monday.
Benjamin told the Board of Supervisors that he needs more than the $30,000 yearly the county has paid him for three years but would continue one more year at the same rate.
