Stephen Miller, who lives with his wife on County Road 183, stands with neighbor Carrie Long and her 9-month-old daughter, Ann Frances, next to a dirt and gravel bridge they say is unstable. An employee with the contractor doing the work said Saturday the project is about completed, but residents disagree. Long said she fears driving across the bridge with her young daughter because it gets very slick when wet.
