Carrollton man hurt in 1-vehicle wreck

CARROLLTON — A Carrollton man who was injured in an accident Tuesday was in fair condition this morning, a Jackson hospital spokeswoman said.

Tommy Jorden, 38, of Carrollton was transported to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson by helicopter after a one-car accident on Mississippi 35 Tuesday morning.

Tommy Jorden of Carrollton was injured this morning when the 1998 Ford Explorer he was driving flipped several times. Jorden, who was ejected from the vehicle, was airlifted to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
