The Bankston Elementary School PTO is sponsoring a raffle to help raise money to support the family of Vanessa Lopez, a fourth-grade student who was recently diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma.
Vanessa, 10, was undergoing surgery to remove a tumor from her leg in April when the cancer was discovered.
