In 1985, Mary Scott-Jones’ cousin lost his life to a disease that, at the time, doctors still knew little about.
Not until later, during one of her courses in nursing school, did Jones learn more about HIV and AIDS. She decided to dedicate her life to fighting this devastating epidemic.
