CARROLLTON — The Carroll County Board of Supervisors was back in session Wednesday to finalize the county’s 2017 budget.
The budget, which started with a $26,512 deficit, ended up with $2,488 on the plus side.
Supervisors are expected to formally adopt the 2017 budget at their next meeting on Sept. 12 in Carrollton.
