Super Sunday all about football, food

Family enjoyed extended holiday visits

How fortunate our family is to have most of our family members nearby.

My family consists of my mother and my sister. My husband’s family has a grand total of 33. During this recent holiday season, we have seen every single member of our combined families — it just took a while. In fact, our holiday season lasted for about six weeks.

Love of dinosaurs makes for fun day out

The Greenwood Commonwealth expanded its newsroom in 2025 by adding Gerard Edic as a reporter covering public safety and other stories of interest to the community.

His position is partially funded by a two-year grant from Report for America, a national nonprofit. Generous supporters in the community donated the matching funds in the first year. We are now raising funds for Year 2.
