A containment wall built to prevent peanut oil from spreading at the Birdsong Peanuts warehouse fire is still being constructed, Greenwood Fire Chief Marcus Banks says.
A 2- to 3-foot wall being built over the past several days will not be sufficient, Banks told the Greenwood City Council on Tuesday.
