Itta Bena Mayor Thelma Collins took office Monday at an evening ceremony at the downtown city park. Justice Court Judge Carlos Palmer also swore in members of the Board of Aldermen, which include Mary Hines, Ward 1; Louisa Grantham, Ward 2; Walter Parker, Ward 3; Donald Fulgham, Ward 4; and Elmus Stockstill, alderman-at-large.
