Larry "Blue" Neal is still looking for his paycheck from last year.
The former justice court judge appealed a county court decision last week to Leflore County Circuit Court.
Neal resigned as justice court judge in March 2005 after two days of work because he wanted to run for the office of Greenwood mayor.
