Greenwood police have arrested Sindey Edwards for shooting at dogs Tuesday morning near her house at 909 Howard St.
Deputy Chief Henry Purnell said no dogs were injured or killed by Edwards' 9-mm handgun.
"She had either just started, or she was a bad shot," he said.
