Leflore County's business incubator will officially open its doors at a special ceremony 1:30 p.m. Friday.
Organizers are happy to see the project complete after 10 years of work.
"It's been a long time coming," said Roslyn Knox-Lockett, executive director of Three Rivers Community and Economic Development Corp.
