Johnnie Gilmore, a victim of gang violence last May, has died, and charges against the nine people being held in connection to his death have yet to be decided.
Gilmore, 39, died Saturday at his home from injuries sustained in a May 18, 2004, shooting at the intersection of Basket Street and Fourth Avenue.
