Deborah Bryant, the wife of Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant, recounts Wednesday about seeing a tornado survivor with a gash above his eye during her time in Louisville immediately after the community was hit by a tornado that destroyed homes, businesses and Winston County's only hospital. Bryant volunteered her services to assist those in need.
