Police critic claims arrest payback

An outspoken critic of the Greenwood Police Department says his recent arrest on a domestic violence charge is retaliation, but police say they have evidence he beat up a woman.

Jelani Barr, 26, 1931 Bradford Ave., was arrested Tuesday and is now out on bond.
