It took almost a year, but the long arm of the law eventually reached out and grabbed two suspects in a brass knuckles beating.
Caprice J. Keller, 17, 1411 Ave. G, and Marquis Tyrell Tompkins, 25, 1360 Virden Ave., were both arrested Wednesday and charged with aggravated assault and felony malicious mischief.
