Prep Basketball: Carroll is 1-1 after first two games

The Carroll Academy girls basketball opened its season with a pair of games in the Indianola Academy preseason tournament this past week.
The Lady Rebels took on Deer Creek School Wednesday, posting a 38-28 win. Carroll led 9-8 after the first frame, 22-16 at the half and 29-19 after the third quarter.

His position is partially funded by a two-year grant from Report for America, a national nonprofit. Generous supporters in the community donated the matching funds in the first year. We are now raising funds for Year 2.
