The Amanda Elzy girls basketball team made a quick exit from the State 3A Tournament as visiting Alcorn Central claimed a 68-36 win Monday night at Elzy’s gym.
The Lady Panthers, who end their season at 16-11, led 2-0 at the 5:33 mark, but Alcorn Central (22-6) took the lead moments later and never relinquished it.
